Data Processing Consent:

In the course of delivering services, client business data — including but not limited to business performance data, customer information, keywords, and operational data — may be processed by third-party AI and data API providers as a necessary part of service delivery. By engaging Zahod AI LLC, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

No Guarantee of AI Output Accuracy:

While we take reasonable steps to review and quality-check work produced with the assistance of AI systems, Zahod AI LLC makes no guarantee that AI-generated content, recommendations, analyses, or automated actions will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI outputs are tools and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

Client Responsibility:

Clients remain responsible for reviewing deliverables, approving content before publication where applicable, and ensuring that any AI-assisted work product meets their specific requirements before use. Zahod AI LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from client use of AI-assisted deliverables without appropriate review.

All content on zahod.ai — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Zahod AI LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
